Bodyworks by Ben collects information needed to schedule and deliver services, process payments, communicate with clients, and maintain appropriate records. Clinical information is restricted to authorized personnel.
Administrator action required: Publish the practice-specific, professionally reviewed privacy notice in Business Settings before production use. This placeholder is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Cancellation and no-show policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
